Terms and Conditions

You may use Filmizzy to upload videos, generate transcripts, edit captions, export SRT files, and render captioned videos where your plan allows it. You are responsible for the content you upload and publish.

Keep your login details secure. Activity from your account may be treated as activity authorized by you. Contact support if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You must have the rights needed to upload, process, caption, and export your media. You keep ownership of your content. You give Filmizzy permission to process it only so we can provide the service.

Transcription and translation can make mistakes, especially with names, slang, accents, background noise, or mixed languages. You agree to review captions before publishing, especially where accuracy matters.

Free and paid plans include limits such as transcription credits, storage, upload size, export length, and export quality. One-time plans do not auto-renew. Subscription plans renew only after you approve the Razorpay mandate. Access is granted only after server-side payment verification.

Payments are handled by Razorpay. Failed, cancelled, or unverified payments do not unlock paid access. Refund requests are reviewed case by case, especially where credits, exports, or storage have already been used.

Your account can remain active even when old cloud files are removed under the storage policy. Free plan cloud media may be removed after 14 days from the last project update, exports after 30 days, and project metadata after 60 days of inactivity. Temporary processing files may be removed within 24 hours.

Paid plan cloud files are retained while paid access remains active, with a possible 15 day grace period after paid access ends. Storage retention limits help keep the service affordable and reliable.

Do not upload unlawful content, malware, private content you are not allowed to process, or content that violates another person's rights. Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, payment verification, rate limits, or security controls.

We aim to keep Filmizzy reliable, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages, network issues, or product changes. We may update features, limits, and pricing as the service improves.
